How do I install HakoVPN?
Installing HakoVPN is simple:
- Visit our download page and select your operating system
- Download and run the installer
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation
- Log in with your account
- Click the "Connect" button to start using
How many devices can I use with one account?
One HakoVPN account can be used on up to 10 devices simultaneously. You can install and use it on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS, and all platforms.

Why can't I connect to VPN?
If you can't connect, try these steps:
- Check if your internet connection is working
- Try connecting to a different server
- Restart the HakoVPN app
- Temporarily disable firewall or antivirus
- Update to the latest version of the app
What if VPN connection is slow?
If VPN speed is slow, try:
- Connect to a closer server
- Change VPN protocol (try WireGuard)
- Close other bandwidth-consuming apps
- Check if your base internet speed is normal
